The Kashruth Council of Canada is made up of two governing bodies: the Board of Directors, comprised of representatives from the community, and the Rabbinical Vaad Hakashruth of Orthodox Toronto pulpit rabbis. This unified body guides the observance of kosher dietary laws in Canada. Known by our trademarked , we have been in existence more than 50 years and are one of the most recognized kashruth agencies in the world.

Today, more than 900 facilities, retail and commercial, carry the as a symbol of kashruth certification, over 45,000 products bear the certification symbol. Our goal is to provide the highest level of kosher supervision using the latest scientific technology.
