Health Hazard Alert! Niagara Smoked Fish, Ocean Jewel, & Strubs Brands of Smoked Salmon (Active)

Abridged version of Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Alert.
The CFIA and Niagara Smoked Fish Limited are warning the public not to consume the following brands of Smoked Salmon and GravLox because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The products described below, bearing the registration number 0609, are affected by this alert:

These products have been distributed in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
The manufacturer, Niagara Smoked Fish Limited is volutarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
